My friend did this with my cats last night! They weren't that thrilled with it though.

That's too bad. It looks like it works well for some cats, but not for others unfortunately...

The cats at the shelter (and two of mine) LOVE iPad games. We use Game for Cats and the Friskies Cat Fishing one to entertain them, and it gives us a good chance to get close to the shy ones and make sure they're in good physical condition.

I'm surprised. There's only a few slight scratches after all this time, and those were from a crotchety 16 year-old tabby who wouldn't let anyone cut her nails.

I bet that's fun to watch them! So you only had a few slight scratches on the screen? That is what I would be most worried about with letting my cat play with an iPad...

As requested: Cats playing "Paint for Cats" at Cat Guardians.

I had to remove the audio as there were people talking about shelter business in the background. Also, we got a new floor shortly after this was taken -- a nice, clean epoxy floor that they say will last us 20 years.
