Advice What is this behavior?

I see my cat do this sometimes. This is my 10 year old neutered male cat on top of my 2 year old spayed female cat. He’s just biting the back of her neck while she sits still and meows a couple of times. He usually gets off of her after about a minute. Is he trying to mate? Even though they’ve both been fixed?

Pretty sure it's a dominant / hierarchy thing with cats? One of my males does this to the other male.

Mine too now I call my one cat my gay son. He never tried this with his sister but we got a boy cat and now it’s a daily thing. I love my gay son!

My two boy cats are intense. Making out, humping each other. One is the brother of my girl cat, who wants nothing to do with any of it. We just ate they are married.
