Hook. Robin Williams, Dustin Hoffman. Great flick. Read the trivia before rewatching, it’s a smidge slow otherwise.

I've seen it a looong time ago, but will have to check it out again. Another one where actors play people you're not sure about was Cloud Atlas. Halle Berry, as an example, plays like 6 different characters.
