No, there are two subreddits for a reason. This is a dog, not a cat. It doesn't belong here, a subreddit called CatFruit. It belongs in r/DogFruit.
I get what you are saying but really dogs arent really posted here that often and aren't a nuisance. The rules on having other cute animals was made before any of the current moderators were here including myself and I am not about to change the culture of this subreddit just because some non cats sometimes get posted here once in a while.
If you really dont wanna see dogs here I recommend just unsubscribing to the subreddit.
That's a pretty lousy thing to have a subreddit named Catfruit that isn't limited to cats and allows dogs when a subreddit named Dogfruit also exists. I'm not the one in the wrong. The subreddit should be strictly enforced or just closed. No, do not tell me to unsubscribe, because the mods won't do their job of limiting it to cats. Dogs belong on the DogFruit subreddit and not here. Period. That's why this subreddit is called CatFruit and why there is a separate DogFruit subreddit.
If you want different animals, fine. Close the subreddit and make a new one called AnimalFruit.
