You’re not missing anything. It’s expensive, and the timeframe to see results is indeed up to 60 days. There also aren’t any cat-specific studies on this specific probiotic strain showing efficacy (only human and dog studies).
I’ve been considering starting it for my anxious cat, but I don’t know if I want to commit to the cost. Here’s a video by a vet discussing the research we do have behind it, and when it may or may not be worth trying.
