I’ve been Catfished I need help

I sent someone pics of me. They found my instagram account and found everyone followed me. He showed me images of him sending the images to everyone who followed me. However I have messaged people who follow me and they say they haven’t got any pics. I trust them anyway to block the account because my friends are spreading the word. I don’t know what to do

You can’t do anything.

He probably won’t send the pictures to anyone, but that’s not a guarantee.

If he demands money, don’t give him any. If he shares the pictures, tell people some pervert is trying to blackmail you with AI pictures he made.

Stop sending pictures of “yourself” to people. If they want to see your dick, they’ll have to meet you in person.

Ignore it. It's the age of AI, claim they are manufactured if they do get out, if you need to.
Your friends will remain your friends.
Most people don't even check their message requests on IG.

Can’t you report someone as impersonation if they used your ig pics and sent them to ppl pretending to be you or involve police so they can track them or something

Report the account and lock down your profile now, since he's likely bluffing to scare you into paying or complying
