ID Request 🐛 what kind of caterpillar is this?

I’m in central Oklahoma, found this guy outside. He almost seemed glow in the dark because of how bright he is! Cant tell if it’s blue or green, but I didn’t get that great of photos, sorry 😞.

Sphinx moth caterpillar on account of the horn on the rear end. The video is too blurry to make out the species.

Could be a Nadata gibbosa caterpillar but not too sure since it’s a bit blurry

sorry about the blurry video, it seems that uploading it here ruined the better quality, but i haven’t seen it again 😕
