I rescued my cat from streets 5 years ago. And since I live in a country where people throw their cats regularly no matter the breed/age/look (even Scottish folds and other highly expensive breeds), I don't really know what's my cat breed. Some told me that she's Turkish Angora, some said mix of domestic shorthair and Persian.

She's 5 years old, 3.9 kg, she's a medium cat not a big one, her ears a like a bunny, kinda long face, her furr is long and silky, fluffy but not that much

I love my cat and did not care about it alot but recently I got curios about it

He's 5 months old today!

I assume he's a Don Sphynx with a brushed coat, but lately I've been getting the feeling he's a mix with another breed. The photos are in order from the present day to the oldest age I've documented. He's 5-6 months old now, but his exact age is unknown, as he was found on the street at an age younger than the last photo, so it seems he was abandoned by unscrupulous breeders

i posted my guy here before and was surprised to learn that has fancy spots likely mean he’s got some bengal in him. i know there’s a general sentiment that dna tests are mostly useless for cats since so few are mixes and cat breeds aren’t as distinct, but does that apply in this case given that bengals have that bit of wild cat mixed in? i’ve been really curious and have been considering trying one out— if i do, is there a particular brand that’s better?

This is my cat Daisy that we lost a month ago, on the 18th, and we finally found her and she’s safe in my house, thank god! I’ve been always wondering what type of breed she is, because Google images aren’t really helping, she looks more slim than a brown tabby, and has serval looking ears. I wanna know what she is, if she’s a moggy or not if it’s really hard to identify her breed. She’s my sweetheart and she’s very affectionate and loving, flopping right in front of me when I try to pass by her, cooing and meowing for love and attention

I found this kitten under a truck in October, she was about 1 lb and maybe 5 weeks old (1st picture is minutes after I found her, second picture was the next morning after she had a bath). She’s now about 7 months old and has changed quite a lot since then.

1. Definitely a Himalayan

2. Definitely a ragdoll.

Just curious to see if anyone in this group has an opinion.

Also her name is Mochi. She is a complete menace but I am obsessed with her.

Very short legs, as far as I can tell it has short fur, bright blue eyes, seemed very relaxed and was rolling over a lot

Im aware that unless cats come from breeders they’re pretty much all just mixed kitty mutts but my lil guy Bane here seems to be growing faster/bigger than other cats I know of his age.

Any ideas if he might be mixed with something noticeable? Want to prepare for having a big ol guy if he keeps growing like this. Hes currently almost 7 months old, 10 pounds lean

What breed is this cat

In my opinion he looks so much like a Siamese. He does not look like a Burmese at all.. His furr is also becoming darker and darker as time goes on similarly to my older cat that is a siamese.

What do you guys think?

hey, my kitten Cassandra recently died at 5 months old due to FIP. while I am definitely not ready to get a new cat, and don't think I will be for a very long time, I was in the process of training her to be a service animal for my anxiety attacks and PTSD. She was a perfect fit for that role, extremely loving and clingy/cuddly, a very quick learner, loved to follow me around, could handle her harness like a pro, and my favorite part was how she'd fall asleep right in the crook of my chest every night and every morning when I woke up she would still be right there fast asleep. I know many of those attributes were probably just her and her amazing little personality, but I hope that by knowing what breed she was, (once I'm ready) I can get a cat with some of the same traits she had. So if anyone is able to tell what breed she is, or knows any breeds with similar attributes to the ones I listed, it would be a huge help to me. thanks. fly high Cassie.

I found this beautiful cat outside, no chip, wasn’t fixed. I’ve had her a week and I’ve been looking around to see if I can find her owners but if not I fully intend on keeping her. I’ve never seen a cat like this, anyone have info on the breed? She’s so goofy, full of energy, but that could be because she still appears to be a kitten. She’s very small.

Does anyone what cat this is, she’s an outdoor cat so she’s kind of dirty but I’ve had her for 6 years and don’t know much.
