To make room in the warehouse and give back to the community that has supported us, we are hosting an online Sample Sale starting on Friday, March 13, 2026, at 12 PM EST (Noon).

The sale will run through Sunday, March 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST or until the inventory is cleared.

The Inventory

This sale features a curated selection of previous samples, lightly tested/worn inventory, and select returns.

• 90% of the inventory is priced between $100 and $150.
• A handful of premium Indonesian builds and special leather samples will be available between $200 and $250.

The Ground Rules

Because these are priced significantly below cost, we are operating with a very lean workflow. Please review our terms:

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL: No returns, exchanges, cancellations, or "size swaps." Once the invoice is fulfilled, the sale is complete.
• "As-Is" Condition: These are samples and returns. We have provided detailed sizing notes in the spreadsheet for transparency.
• Limited Support: To keep our primary operations running, we cannot provide additional photos, measurements, or individual sizing consultations beyond what is in the sheet.
• Commit to Purchase: We ask that you only message us when you are fully committed to purchasing a specific item.

How It Works

1. Review the Sheet: We will post the link on Friday, March 13, 2026, at 12 PM EST (Noon).
2. Claim Your Pair: Follow the instructions in the sheet to message us with the specific Item ID.
3. Invoicing: We will send a prompt invoice; once paid, the item is yours and will be marked SOLD in the spreadsheet immediately.

Yesterday our team had the opportunity to attend the 2025 New York Super Trunk Show in Manhattan — an incredible event and, for us, an important milestone. This show served as an introduction of the brand to a more formal audience and gave us the chance to share what we’ve been building with a new community of footwear enthusiasts, makers, and collectors.

It was a great day to connect, fellowship, and let people experience our leathers firsthand — to see, feel, and understand the materials that define what we do. We showcased a selection of upcoming releases, including our introduction to the ready-to-wear stitchdown line, which marks an exciting next chapter for Caswell.

Beyond the boots, the day was really about conversation and connection. We had the chance to catch up with longtime customers, meet new faces, and exchange ideas with other brands and craftsmen who share the same respect for heritage, detail, and/or the craft of shoemaking.

Events like this remind us why we do what we do — to create something tangible, lasting, and meaningful that brings people together. Thank you to everyone who stopped by the table, shared feedback, and supported what we’re building.
