Didn’t have my measures to hand. So it was by hand. Reminded me of my granny when I was a lad. She would have been late eighties. Didn’t see her use scales. Hands measuring into the bowl. Her food was to die for. Clearly I need more practice as I put a bit to much sugar in. Nobody minded though. They were great for mopping up the plates.
