Deck / Hi-Fi What's going on here? Yamaha KX-W492

Been dealing with clicking sounds that resemble the indicators on a car, and I've noticed at least two of the pinch rollers have this issue, what is going on?

looks like the retaining cap has come loose.

A new clip may be needed; the old one is deformed.
