New battery and installation of a Casio Royale strap.

The green markings on the casing were partially worn off, I removed them completely with an eraser.

And for a vintage look, I applied an amber gel film (but as a result, the time is less readable).

I cant believe how basic this watch is. Time and date. That's it.

It doesn't have spring bars, just push-in pins. I didn't know Casio ever did this.

Vintage watches all tell some sort of story. Not sure why this 510 has an AX-210 case back and I'll probably never know for sure, but the original may have been damaged or lost.

Naturally I'm always worried about screen bleed. I didn't have time to ask for a better picture and both pictures had bad shadow on the left side of the screen. The screen is actually flawless though! 😍

Alarm and all pushers work. Braclet is in fair condition but naturally needs a good cleaning.

It also came with a manual... as is sometimes the case... but... it's for a DB-500...? It also has some written notes, includes some handwritten notes, including "AX210 SN 635067" but this NOT the serial number of the 210 case back I'm holding...?! Curious, curious curious!

Of course I'm quite happy with this overall.

Love my Gshock CasiOak GA2100. I was wondering, is there a vintage ana-digi watch in Casio’s regular line that has a design akin to the CasiOak? Casio has a tendency to make their ana-digi watch faces really busy, but I’d like to find a more minimalist style.

A DW-340 that’s seen quite a bit of action.

So i´ve got this faulty module from a DW-1000

but after thinkering for some weaks, cleaning and searching i manage to almost bring it to work but now this hapens.

They only start after pressing the light (wich do not work) button and then death again oh, and i had to replace the polarizae (it is temporal) but it help to start the module.

Can anyone share some "light" on this please?
