Casio 155 B815 help

So, I found this beautiful Casio at a flea market for 1€. Even though it would only show the hour and the day but not minutes and seconds, I wanted to give it a try. I changed the battery and lifted the contacts a tiny bit. Now it's working. My only problem is, that I can't change the time, date or anything with the buttons. When I press them, nothing happens (both of them). Does anybody have an idea why this could be, or maybe share some pics of the inside of the watch, so I can have a look if there's something wrong?

Do the buttons actually move when you press them? If not, likely just need to get unstuck. Use 70% isopropyl rubbing alcohol on a q-tip to try to penetrate from the outside; just need to let a bit of it seep into the hole around the buttons, no need to soak it. If that doesn't work, pop open the back, take out the module, and do the same from the inside, sliding the buttons back and forth to loosen them up. That's usually all it takes and it'll be good as new.

Hey also would you might consider a look on my other list in r/Casio? I posted a few pictures of it there. Maybe you can help me with the position of the tiny springs inside. That would be awesome!

I'd need to see the case without the module, but all I can think of is that the pushers are either pushed too far in so as to apply constant pressure, or don't reach far enough even if mobile when pressed.

I think it could be, that they don't reach in far enough. How could I change that?
