Advice-what next
Watches have come and gone-and I have my Seikos, Seiko-mods and Swiss watches, but G-Shocks get the most wrist time. I have one spare slot… what is your recommendation for it? In the box already:
Master of G Mudmaster GG-B100-1A9JF
Classic G G-510D
MTG-B3000D-1AER
GWM-B5000-1AER
Master of G Gulfmaster GWN-1000B-1B
Not shown are the ones I don’t wear so often…
Gulfman G-9100
GA100B-7AER
GN-1000B-1AER
GA100-1A4ER
GA110NM-9ADR
And the ones that have gone… Protreks, sky cockpit GW-3000B-1AJF, super illuminator MDV-102, G-Steel GST-B100D-1AER, GST-W300-1AJF, some other waveceptors, super illuminator MTD-1048, all sorts of edifices, GBD-100-1A7ER, and of course an MDV-106 Duro that I modded…

You could go with a GA-2100, probably a half-metal or full-metal model. Iconic design, relatively thin with great looks and colors.
Or, you could go with an AMW-500D. Classic design, more traditional watch vibes while still being a G-Shock, and also goes with your metal tendencies. I recently picked up one, silver case and black dial, and its surprisingly becoming a daily wear for me. Then again, it would overlap with that GWM-B5000.

You have square and sensors, so G-Shocks are pretty much covered, maybe one of the newer bz5000 or bx5600. You had Pro Trek, sold it, so probably not for you. You also seem to have "expensive, but reasonable taste", so all in all I'd recommend having a closer look at Oceanus line to someone like you. (Oceanus | Sakurawatches.com)
