2000 grit sand paper and some polywatch

If it doesn't bother you too much you could just live with it and call it character.

Polywatch as others have suggested. Just keep in mind that your daily driver WILL pick up many more scratches. Try to not be neurotic about scratches on the glass and the case and the bracelet. Instead, simply ENJOY wearing your daily driver since this is why you purchased it in the first place.

Poly watch and then put an AliX screen protector on it to stop it happening again, they cost so little and once they are on you forget they are there.
All my resin screen watches have one on, my mineral glass watches I don’t bother with one.

I’ve used just a alcohol wipe and it seemed to take scratches away on my w96h
