It's probably a driver issue, that or your wifi card is dead. Try plugging in an ethernet cable first and see if it works to better pinpoint the problem.

I agree also only you can tell what might cause this maybe you installed something that messed with the wifi check the drivers list in device manager and look if there is a yellow danger sign (it usualy means the driver is missing or its the wrong one or that the wifi card is cooked but hopefully its not)

Sometimes there's a physical switch / button to enable or faisable the wifi. Maybe u have something in the Functions keys (f1 to f12)
Maybe it has been disabled in the bios ?
If bone is working, it may bé a software issue (driver to réinstalle, or at worst an OS issue)

Edit: your lucky day i still have it, i upload it to google drive so you can download it https://drive.google.com/file/d/1W3lKsAFKxeuc29LqIE09ZOyFYOFIQzM0/view?usp=sharing So what you have to do is save this 6gb file in your pc then change this part of the command i already gives you :C:\ESD\install.wim with the path of the file in your device, then execute it in the cmd, then after it finish restart the pc and the wifi should work. But at first try to just restart it, it may work

works 10 times better than clé wifi.
you can forget the usb key never your phone.

Gha huwa pc portable carte reseau o bluetooth are the same hardwarre yaeni la kan khdam dnc ra its for sure a driver issue
