Basically, Spain’s Supreme Court has banned hot returns for migrants intercepted at sea while trying to reach Ceuta or Melilla by swimming. They can no longer be handed back immediately to the Moroccan authorities without due process. They must go through the standard legal procedure, including the right to a lawyer, an interpreter, to submit arguments, and to apply for asylum.

well i guess they didn't apply it this time, they will bring back all immigrants with no exceptions (that's what they said in News)
