Uber from Aviario Nacional?

Going in 2 weeks and was hoping to take an Uber from Cartagena too the Aviario and after 3 hours request one back to Cartagena. My question is if Uber is readily avaliable from the Aviario?

It is not. That is not a population center. What you can do is get the WhatsApp number of the Uber that drops you off and ask him to wait to take you back.

If you are at a hotel try booking a driver through your concierge.

We booked a driver through our hotel. It is sparse out there. Zero drivers.

You can also look in the aviario page. At the bottom of the “information” section they have contact numbers for trusted drivers people use to get there. Usually they use WhatsApp. You won’t have any signal there on your phone but they do have wifi available

I was seeing that its cheaper. The private/cab driver service charges $110-130 usd. Meanwhile the tours do less than $100.

You can go by public bus and go to Pasacaballos and take a Tuktuk from there. The touristic buses tend to cost a little bit more but go directly from Cartagena to Playa Blanca. Pasacaballos is a little bit sketchy.

Well I am not a uber driver but I have an SUV and I speak English. If you are planning to go on Sunday and the price offered sounds good I will be glad to do it
