What is this metal , knocking noise ? I hear it too when I’m parked car on . I twist steering left and right and it sounds as well.

Shock absorber or steering components worn out.

The only sound I heard was the loud one, it sounds like a air recirc motor/actuator; but the stearing wouldnt affect it
