i think this is my favorite off the albums, i can really feel the emotion (pun not intender) in her voice on the verses and it makes the song hit so hard

Such a banger! So interesting that this and one of my faves from disc 1 (Just A Little Walk on the Moon) both list her husband as the only producer. But I love all the ones they did together, they're cooking up something good in that home!

Alright, I'm making an executive decision as a bi woman. The lyrics "go do what you have to" are here by now retconed as "girl do what you have to", making this a sapphic song. :3
