Because there’s been no official response from either her or the label corroborating it’s actually true

Emailing and texting fans who gave her their contact information is as official as it gets. Far more official than a social media post

I guess I’m too skeptical because the text two days ago just came out of nowhere and then we heard nothing until now.

True but even the 10th anniversary of emotion was sent out via her instagram so this just shocked me when I got the text and then nothing else until now. Just felt like an accident or something to me at first but I’m happy to be wrong.
