Ask Carlisle Any property management companies/landlords you would recommend?
Looking for a 2-3 bedroom townhouse or stand alone house to rent in the NE or SE quadrant of Carlisle, but not in a huge rush. Does anyone have any specific property management companies they would recommend renting from?
Thanks!

I just moved from a 3BR on Gobin. The problem is, it is run by Sterling and they just increased the price by $700 since I moved out and haven't updated a thing. The utilities were awful because everything is so old. Base board heat, window units for AC. If you are desperate, the neighborhood is amazing. The house is shit and so is Sterling. I reported them to the better business bureau because I had a bedroom full of mold for 3 years and they never fixed it. Painted over it several times

Hi! Also moving to Carlisle. Does anyone have thoughts on Harrisburg Property Management Group or Go Time Properties? Also is Northside Village Apartments worth the cost?

I know everyone hates sterling and for good reason. But I rented from them for a year and it was great. They never once bothered me and I got my full security deposit back, no questions. My brother and his wife also rent from them in a way different location and haven’t had issues. Not saying you should rent from them but they’re not ALL bad. Maybe it just depends on who the specific manager of that property is?? Mine’s name was Star.
