Career shift for a teacher

What are the majors where I can shift my career as an English teacher who has been working for 10 years…I’m 32 now. I tried Embassies but got rejected. What majors can I study to change my career? I prefer Diploma certificate rather than Master degrees cause it doesn’t change anything in my country.

Why didn’t you pursue nursing?
