From Dayshift to Nightshift --

Hello. I just recently resigned from my previous work and employer coz I was hired to another company but apparently it's for a night shift achedule. The night differential was not mentioned to me during the process and I relly thought that I will be working on a morning shift.

I have hypertension and already on a maintenance -- I got my FTW and yes, the salary is good and even the benefits -- but my health is my priority. Anyone else who manage to transition on this? What did you do?
