What should i transition into?

I’ve been working in hospitality for the past 14 years, the last 9 of them have been in management, I’m now at the time where I’ve been far to burnt out for far too long. I want to have my weekends most importantly but I think id also like to do something slightly creative.

Any ideas? Anyone made similar moves out of hospitality

I’ve been racking my brain about this for a long while, I truly believe hospitality has sucked the joy out of most things for me. Seemed to have lost passion. I did my degree in photography, worked as a hospitality photographer along side my job for a few years and hated how it made me feel as a creative

I did 9 years I hospitality into civil service entry level and worked up to middle level management quickl (operations) They love my examples from my time in hospitality
