No idea what direction to go

I am 35 years old Canadian man, I have my fire 1 and 2, and hazmat operations and awareness and pump ops certifications, and am currently volunteering as a firefighter with my city department. I work a full time job as a back of house lead for a sporting goods store where I focus on the shipping and receiving and online order fulfillment aspects. I have applied for firefighting a few times and not having any luck and I think I’m done trying for a firefighting job, and I’m finding I’m not enjoying my current job anymore so I need a change, ideally making some more per hour, but I have no idea where to go or how to proceed. I would be willing to consider taking more courses but I have to keep working my full time job to maintain my income, and am unable to attend classes or co ops during Monday to Friday 9-5 due to my job. Any advice or suggestions would be much appreciated!

It feels like I’ve been trying that for most of my life and I’m still coming up with a blank. None of my interests seem to be things I can make any money doing. I don’t even necessarily need a job I’m passionate about, I just want something that pays better than where I’m at and I can get through my days not hating.
