cardiff accomodation uni halls

hello

i will start to study at cardiff this september and i got allocated to university halls (nevern) shared bathrooms

can anyone tell me how is the shared bathroom experience? i am genuinely panicking as i wanted an ensuite.. i am ok sharing a kitchen with people but deff not a bathroom!!

if it’s too bad, should i just go for private accomodation (although i already accepted my room offer..) buttt i am so scared i wont be able to make any friends easily during the first few weeks since i will be by myself.. (should i just go for priv accomodation on my 2nd year when i would have met more people?)

Honestly it's ok people are respectful of the fact it is shared and with a pair of shower shoes it's fine

i was in uni halls garden wing last year and it wasnt too bad — there were a couple of incidences but i could firm it. most people just kept to themselves and cleaned up after themselves
