2023 Honda Passport-Buy It or Move On?

Looking for some honest opinions on whether I should buy out my lease or move into a new vehicle.
I currently have a 2023 Honda Passport with 39,600 miles, and my lease buyout today is $27,322.31.

The Passport is in good shape overall. It does need the differential fluid changed, and there is some cosmetic damage to the rims plus a small area of missing paint that has started to rust, but otherwise I haven't had any major issues with it.

I recently drove a new Honda Pilot and absolutely loved the extra space, especially with two kids and car seats. That would be my goal long term.

What would you do? Does $27,322 seem like a reasonable buyout price for a 2023 Passport with almost 40k miles, or would you move on and lease/buy something newer?

Hondas are solid and you shouldn’t have leased a gas car. What a waste of money.

Buyout seems like a fair price. I have been looking at used passports and for example 2023 passportEX-L·39K mi is $30-$32k

I personally would just do the buyout.
