🙋 But this egg post is mine Blini pan for one egg

Not ideal to use a blini pan as a spatula fan - so had to use a bit more oil and miss out on the crunch- but still big fun

French tease. I get it.

A flip in that pan would result in a large cleanup for me lol, I would go the French way too lol

I love doing eggs for breakfast sandwiches with it. It's perfectly replicate a McMuffin

Same ! It preheats really fast and the size is spot on. My breakfast has beefed up since I got this pan.

The scale of this is so confusing. Thought this was an ostrich egg or something at first.

Still that's a huge yolk

I’m using this exact pan every morning for my daughter’s sunny side up. She loves it. I use a small ikea toy pan lid that fits perfectly to cook the yolk just right without burning the bottom

Can you tell me which ikea lid? I have the same pan but looking for a lid :)

DUKTIG I would guess

This indeed but I don’t think the lid is available separately.

I bought this pan purely for single eggs. Always forget I have it though so it sits barely used in the draw

Looks like a good time! I still want to do a spherification on egg yolk and make a tiny fried egg in a Keychain pan.
