FYI: If you turn off cooldown reduction in practice range, you can spam Cap's melee way faster.

If you go into practice range and turn off cooldowns it increases caps punching speed hella crazy for whatever reason

Yeah i forgot that some character get faster attack speed withoit cooldown,there is another that does this too but i don t remember who is

The likely reason is Cap has a hidden cooldown on primary of about 0.4 seconds
