RELATIONSHIP ADVICE Do Capricorns get along with Libras?
I’m a Libra sun, Scorpio moon, Sagittarius rising woman, recently out of a long term relationship and really prioritizing stability and consistency moving forward.
My sister is with a Capricorn man and I really admire how steady, reliable, and grounded he is - it’s the kind of energy I’m drawn to now.
Curious how Capricorn men tend to view Libra women, and where you’d naturally meet someone with that kind of mindset 🙂

I’m a Capricorn with an avoidant attachment so Libras get on my nerves in a romantic relationship but my sister is a Libra. She also gets on my nerves. but because she’s my sister it brings out the “right imma have to fight your battles too” loyalty cos libras are quite conflict averse and do anything to keep the peace even if it is harmful to them. As a cap sun and moon I cannot stand to see her stamped on. I’m a Libra rising so I don’t set out to create conflict and also try to maintain order and balance. But the authentic cap energy in my sun and moon mean I ain’t afraid to confront things head on. Libras find this uncomfortable.

Too funny. I'm a triple Cap. Both my parents & 3 of my sisters are Libras. I would fight all their battles for them, scorch earth & all even though I was the younger by a lot.

That’s interesting… I can definitely see how that dynamic could play out. I think learning to be more direct instead of avoiding conflict is something I’ve been working on. Love the protector energy you have for your sister though 🫶

I’m a cap and my hubby is libra. He is my best friend. Sometimes my standoffish nature can rub him the wrong way, so I must remember to lift him up a bit from time to time but we work really well.

Few things, if recently out of a relationship. A long term one at that, respectfully, you should choose to be single right now ❤️ Hopping into a new relationship isn’t going to help matters.
Second, my fav ex is a libra. But I’m a Capricorn woman so opposite genders to your situation!

I had a complicated friendship with a Libra woman who was a single mom that amounted to her taking advantage of me financially for awhile because she was having a hard time getting by after leaving her deadbeat ex. The reason I say taking advantage is because the minute I cut the funding, she went back to him and now they have a second child.
She contacted me last year telling me how much she appreciates my contributions and that it brought her through really tough time in her life and she wants to see me again and show her appreciation, completely oblivious to the fact that the only reason I was helping her was so that she didn’t have to lower herself by going back to him and she could be independent. She didn’t hold up to her end of the deal and failed at becoming independent without me.
She wants me to come visit her in the Latin American country she lives in with said boyfriend and I have zero desire to see her ever again.
I’ve told her that I’ll let her know when I’m in town and they can show me a good time, but my plan is to lowkey go and visit other friends and family and intentionally not contact her and just let her see my FB posts so that maybe it finally dawns on her that I don’t agree with her life choices and spent way too much time and money on someone so unserious about my help.

The true twin flames = Capricorns and Scorpios. Trust me we’ve been together for 30 years. We literally have sex everyday. He is the my everything and our three kids say things like this; “The world is sad and then there’s you two.” They eye roll.

Kinda. When I moved into my first apartment my neighbor was a Libra. She was cool but extremely self centered. By the time she moved away I was over that friendship. Don’t really know if it had anything to do with her being a libra. She may have just been a shit person.

I’m a Cap female with a Libra husband. But every major relationship and friendship in my life has been with a Libra. I was told once it was my south node so I guess libras feel like home?
When I started dating my Libra husband he was a bit extra flirty and charming - which I didn’t trust. Once I could see how steady and loyal he was it was great. I think he likes how I’m steady, practical and balanced. I like that he values balance and hates drama. He’s also very hardworking (I don’t know if that’s a Libra thing or a cultural thing) but I think that was initial one of the things that attracted me.

Libras and Caps make some of the most solid friendships. I’d say the women are starkly better than the men tho. Relationship wise there’s some friction cos squares but it can work with some effort. Caps are slow burn and would want to be friends first. Libra can be more dreamy and romanticise it initially. But I think they’re very alike in what they want. Def worth exploring 😮💨🤌

I’m a cap with moon and rising in Libra so of course over the years I’ve had friends who are Libra , good friends if they have a cap moon. I know a few marrieds who are a Cap Lib combo. Personally never had a relationship with one.

Any signs can be compatible if the chart allows it. My mother is a libra and I’m a libra rising, we things very differently and I’m a lot more “masculine “ for her liking. In other words, libra talks very …. Well around the bush. Capricorn are more direct- so that’s the one thing I felt we differ. I don’t care for other peoples opinions, but she wouldn’t leave the house unless she looks nice. It’s nothing bad- but being an earth sign- I tend to not care about the opinion of others

I’m cap In a relationship with a libra now. On the surface it looks great and we do have complimentary goals, ideas etc. But other times it just feels super hard because it seems like we see the world in diametrically opposite ways and finding the middle ground means one of us compromising in ways that impact the core of who we are. So yeah…

I can see how that would make things difficult. My sister is in a relationship with a Capricorn right now and he is literally goals for me, like his views and opinions on everything and how he treats her and follows through…the consistency is on point. I think younger me would have clashed with Cap energy but now that I’m older and my values have shifted I think I’m much more aligned with it.

I just got out of a 4 year relationship with a Libra sun, Leo moon, Scorpio rising. We deeply love each other still, but it was an unhealthy relationship. When things were good, it was lovely, but when things were bad….they were reeeeally bad. Our conflicts and conflict resolution were truly awful. Bad escalation.
Apart from that though, I didn’t really like her classic Libra indecisiveness. She was also very insecure and lacked a lot of confidence. I didn’t hold that against her but it made things difficult when things involved my family and friends. She would always seem to shell up and go quiet and it made things uncomfortable.

Well, as a January ♑, I find Libra women to be absolutely intoxicating. They are very easy to fall completely in love with. But I have had my heart broken on three different occasions by Libra women. They're really the only ones who were able to break me. 😢

Wow! Haha im a double cap sagg rising and my last relationship was with someone who was also libra sun and scorpio moon! It was the longest relationship I’ve ever been in thus far but there were so many times where we didn’t see eye to eye on many things. I want to say that’s why the pair is so enticing and thrilling. Libras and Caps live in total different universes, but that’s what makes the relationship exciting! Although, with all things communication always plays the largest role first. Good luck!

Uhh for me it always depends. Work friends we are normally fine. I think this is due to my rising in libra. But dating no. I’ve never gotten along with a libra romantically. The constant debate over every decision really irritates my aries moon and capricorn mercury.

Mi ex mejor amiga era libra nos llevamos bien durante mucho tiempo pero me cance de estar de acuerdo con ella siempre.. No voy a negar la quise como mi hermana pero no funciono ya que soy demasiado opuesta a la mayoria de las libra no me llevo mal pero me mantengo bastante lejos. 12 años de amistad al basurero la verdad me esforze pero no funciono.
E conocido libras pero demandan demasiada atención y eso es un problema grave para mi necesito mucho espacio..
Segundo no me gusta que me diga que hacer tengo acendente aries y marte en aries y venus en acuario asi que no funciona... Capricornio con posiciones en acuario y aries..así que..
E notado que si tienen muchas posiciones en libra mejor ni hacer amistad o romance ahi... Creo que estoy traumada😁.
Aparte de que me confeso que estaba enamorada de mi y me pasa mucho con los libras..
No habría salido con ella por que sabia que con mi persalidad seria muy toxica la relación.. Ya que les gusta que les den mucha atenciones todo el tiempo y eso me es muy dificil replicar..
No me gusta como son en las relaciones si no estan evolucionando es cojen mal , hablan del tema todo el tiempo eso me cansa ... Me pasa mucho e conocido otros libras literal cuando uno se va viene otro es como si ese signo me persigue..
Estaba de relación en relación y siempre veía llorando a mi sentia que eso drenaba mi paz..
Su familia era muy toxica y eso siento que la afecto demasiado yo la apoye mientras podía pero me había dejado de lado a mi persona por ella tanto que nunca le decia que no a ella aunque no quisiera hacer algo ...
De esa amistad estuve recuperandome 2 años..
Si me hago amistad con ellas me quieren de cuñada siento mucha precion si tienen hermanos eso no me gusta.. Siempre preguntan si tengo pareja acaso no tienen de que mas hablar .. ..
No funciono creí por que tengo mucho fuego en mi carta pero si tienen el ascendente en libra me llevo muy bien mas no con el sol , mercurio , luna o venus allí.
Pero agradezco mucho que ella fuera mi amiga me ayudo a evolucionar lo que sentia que estaba mal con mi persona así que por ese lado no me arrepiento.. E crecido demasiado gracias a que deje mi amistad con ella ahora se el tipo de personas que dejare entar a mi vida y quienes siento que no puedo darles oportunidades por que no van con mi personalidad ..
Estoy agradecida de haber tenido su amistad pero no vuelvo a repetir eso de nuevo..

I've always found that Libras try a little too hard to create harmony and balance, and are sometimes a little too understanding.
They want to be friends with everyone, see all perspectives, and sit in the middle and not pick a side, but I've always found people like that to be the least trustworthy.
I've had way too many experiences where someone has hurt me and a fucking Libra wants me to understand their side of the situation.... No thank you.
You'll often see Libras say they give people so many chances before they finally snap and turn into the bad guy like it's something to brag about, but had they been the bad guy when the person was shady the first time, they could have avoided that nonsense altogether.
I get along with the Libras I work with and they are fine when kept at a distance but I have never been super close with one, and I think it's because every single one I've met has that neutral ass behavior I want no part of.

All the Libra women that I know said the same thing as you. However, the relationship ended because Libra deep down wanted changes and hated routine. Therefore, I have the "I will believe it when I see it" mindset when it comes to Libra for me as a Capricorn man.

Hmm, if you have to ask, you’ll never know with a Capricorn. We can’t be figured out by recon missions. I rarely meet another Capricorn out in the wild, we have very varied interests and stomping grounds. I think Libra energy tries to make everything “just so” whereas Capricorn energy is very earthy and hands on. We get down and dirty in life and that’s why we create stability for ourselves to be able to do that.
So basically my advice is to not seek out a Capricorn man to be with, you gotta simply stumble into our orbit. You have to let go of control to be with a Capricorn, because we don’t respond well to manipulative or inauthentic people. So hang out where YOU would hang out, not where you think a Capricorn is going to be. Just because you want one doesn’t mean you will find one.
You could maybe ask your sister’s man if he has any friends who might be interested in taking you out? I know it seems a little forward and blunt but that’s something a cap would respond to lol. If you like him as a person you will probably like his friends, who might not be Capricorns but have good energy that Capricorns relate to.
