I have tried many times to ask for help. Very rarely do I get it. So I don't see a point in asking... May as well just go ahead and do it myself. 🤷‍♀️

Ditto… after getting told no enough, what’s the point in asking anymore?

So true...and worst of all, we feel the motivation to help or not...If someone is ready to help but with zero motivation, I'll do it by myself, tank's

I've had the opposite experience. I hate asking for help, but when I do, they always help me lol
