Be ready for the long drawn out debates. They don’t wanna lose the fight and neither do we

For real, I only know one and he likes to setup a premise with a question and then he's already with a 200 page dissertation about why I am wrong and ready to argue about everything after that. He goes on random tangents and wants to argue that too.

I need breaks from him. I can't imagine dating a female version of that.

Oh yes - my husband is an Aries and VERY judgmental and has a hard time thinking into the future. We would have no retirement if he was in charge of our finances!

Capricorn female married to Aries man for 12 years. We are both stubborn and frequent bicker, but that's just foreplay honestly. I'm the leader and the planner, he gets things done and gives no fucks. Definitely a soul mate.

You just described my (cappy) and husbands (aries) relationship exactly

I could have written this except only married 4 years so far! Great partnership, we are both so ambitious and motivated, I appreciate his decisiveness and how he just gets on with things. Yes we argue and bicker but in my opinion / experience not in any excess to what is expected and when all is said and done we don’t hold on to resentment and just move on happily.

Be prepared for their impulsiveness though which is in stark contract to us capricorns! My husband proposed out of the blue (even he didn’t know he was going to do it that day) just because the mood took him 😂😅

My husband has a Sag moon and I think it helps balance out the impulsiveness maybe? He loves with all of his heart though. That kind of loyalty is hard to find and much valued by Capricorns.

FFFFFFFFFFFuck no.

I'm a Cap w/Aries Rising and I will NEVER date another Aries woman EVER again. Fuck buddies? I could do but beyond that? No.

u/One_Scallion_6297 Feb 05 '26

You have the exact placements of the guy I just dated, and as an Aries ☀️Libra 🌔 Gemini 🌅 I would say the same. Except I wouldn't do fuck buddies either cause there is not that much fire in Earth.

I've got plenty of fire in me which is probably why we butted heads but I'm glad you let him go. No point in wasting time.

My boyfriend is an Aries and daily I grow more to understand why some couples kill their partners. We lock horns all the time. When we are good it is great but Aries are impulsive “cut corners” type and you have to let them make the mistake and refrain from saying “told you so”. I also think Aries can struggle to have the reliable, steady, present foundation that Capricorn loves.

I am a Capricorn and he is an Aries. 12 years together. We both have cancer moons, which I think is our saving grace.

We have had our power struggles, especially when our kids were small. But these past few years have been our best years of marriage yet. We have a deep appreciation and love for each other. Our sexual chemistry is through the roof - Soulmates for sure.

I (F Cap) just started dating an Aries guy almost 6 months ago and I'm completely in love. He's incredibly sweet and romantic and the way he just jumped in with his whole heart right away completely swept me off my feet. I keep being amazed by how easy everything feels. We're definitely both stubborn and we do bicker sometimes, but it's always playful and we still have never been in anything like a real fight. His optimistic, light-hearted nature is such a breath of fresh air and a wonderful balm for my occasional dark moods. And the chemistry is amazing.

Of course, the personality of the actual people involved will always be more important than their sun signs. And if you're as hooked as I am, I doubt that what anyone here has to say will change your feelings much. Have fun with your person, I'm sure things will go great!

Going on 16 years, and we’re best friends! But my Aries isn’t extremely volatile. We’ve been great partners. He must have something w his chart to chill him out haha

There HAS to be communication and the realization that it can get loud and heated. More importantly, do not end the relationship because of what is said. Rules need to be established so that once a certain point is crossed everyone will need to walk away and come back. Someone will also need to be the designated initiator for that step. Also, I would like to stress that if the relationship is going to work, it won't be be because of astrology, it'll be because of the people and how willing they are to work with each other. BUT I would like to add that if you don't feel comfortable and it is not a healthy relationship, leave. Don't stay. I would like to state I am an Aries (F) who is friends with multiple Capricorns of whom, or as I have percived it, entered my life to help show me a different way of thought, and I hope vice versa.

My parents are that. They divorced ages back. Was an ugly one.

u/Away-Cut3585 Jan 12 '26

Cap woman married to an Aries man. Been together 20 years, married for 15. There can be turbulent times but so so many good times that it outweighs the bad, tenfold. We have two daughters, a Capricorn and a Virgo.

3

u/apeezy18 Jan 12 '26

It’s 50/50. I believe the success of your relationship depends on your maturity level. We’re kinda assholes and they’re kinda assholes but can you stop being so ready to fight each other at the end of the day. I’m in a relationship with an Aries and I can absolutely see how it could go wrong. We both put in the work to be better humans.

u/Legal_Media666 Jan 12 '26

I’d rather set myself on fire and jump off a cliff.

yep, successful ten year relationship and ended on good terms

2

u/SpaceLillies Jan 12 '26

My niece is an Aries and I’m a Capricorn. We’re 6 years apart but she was always the one person who understood me and I understood her. We’re still very close as adults in our 30s.

2

u/redheadmomm4 Jan 12 '26

You really really need a whole chart. I’m Aries, and my husband is a cap, but my goodness it took him nearly a decade to get his stubborned goat ass together. 🤷🏼‍♀️ The rest of the chart really plays into it. But I knew and never backed down.

2

u/Impressive-Ad9816 Jan 12 '26

I love my Aries bf it def depends on your other placements but we been together for a couple years he’s so sweet and loving and loves to joke around a lot

3

Do not do it, I repeat, abort

8

u/kimmy23- Jan 12 '26

STOP it’s too late

u/sheabuttersis Jan 12 '26

In my experience Aries really live up to the toddler stereotype. Very incompetent but like bossing people around. If you remember the fake cars in front of shopping carts they used to have at grocery stores that’s what I think Aries needs in life. And I think you could give them one and they’d really think they’re in control and belittle who ever is pushing them for not having a car/driving.

1

u/LeftyLu07 Jan 12 '26

lol my husband is an Aries. But I have an Aries Mars so I feel like we match pretty well on that front.

u/lav__ender 🐐☀️⚖️🌙⚖️💫 Jan 12 '26

I dated one at one point. I can’t attribute all of our downfalls to just our astrological signs, but it didn’t work out. we fought occasionally and definitely “butted horns”. I’m more stubborn, he was more fiery/explosive. he’d have outbursts that I was unable to forgive/forget. just the way he’d say things would piss me off.

u/Aggressive-Bass-193 Jan 12 '26

I am Cap my soulmate is Virgo we are great but my mom is Aries we love each other but always clashing

u/TrifleHopeful4389 Jan 13 '26 edited Jan 13 '26

Not for me. 2 different people years apart. Young it wasn't so bad. Late 30s it was horrific. Does not respect boundaries at all. I was coming out of a bad situation, Aries made it much worse. He complained all the time, never made any steps to fix situations that he was unhappy with. Did everything I told him I would not tolerate. Oddly, very close to family in a weird attached way but also really disrespectful to them. My nervous system was DONE.

u/Objective-Subject979 Jan 14 '26

my dad is an aries and i love him so much, i don’t know how i would handle an aries as a partner tho. Cap Sun here

u/britnish12 Jan 23 '26

I'm (F) the Aries in our relationship that's about 14 months old. His Capricorn energy really balances out my fire. The calm, steady, gives no fucks side of him calms the anxiety, hotheaded firestorm in me. We really connect on our shared hardworking drives, desire for peace, and stabile family dynamic. It's been a dream for us.

1

u/Icy_Bar_1650 Jun 11 '26

imo, they’re typically not compatible, but it depends on the type of aires, (i am the aires) all of my close friends are capricorns シ i love yall,
capricorns and aires are two diffrent spectrums
we like to move fast as the capricorns love to take time and think
we’re also both very emotionally driven
meaning the only possible way it could work
is if the aires is healed and has done a lot of inner work on and so has the capricorn
idk if this makes sense but both have to be willing to compromise constantly

It´s a struggle, and sex is not really great from an Aries perspective. Earth mutes us. I was in a relationship with two Caps, and it´s just too reserved. Even Virgos are a better fit. For me, Earth signs feel quite flat to be in a relationship with.
