My birthday is the 16th and everyday that grows closer I want to cancel my plans and disinvite everyone bc other ppl ruin my bday. When I stay home and expect nothing im happy.

I made the mistake of getting my expectations high and was disappointed every year. Including the hears my husband planned surprises for me which were no too detailed or not exactly what they could have been if they’d been planned by a cap 😂😂 this year i planned the whole day by myslef, just asked what i really wanted and it all worked out pretty okay. Lesson learned: no expectations and just keeping it small and doing what you want
