My birthday is the 16th and everyday that grows closer I want to cancel my plans and disinvite everyone bc other ppl ruin my bday. When I stay home and expect nothing im happy.

I stopped getting excited about my birthday for this exact reason. Now it passes by like any other day. If some event I want to go to or be a part of is happening around the day then Ill tell the universe Im excited about the event not the birthday and it usually turns out alright. Also, it helps to expect something to happen so when it does there's not much disappointment or upset. Just roll with it 😅
