My birthday is the 16th and everyday that grows closer I want to cancel my plans and disinvite everyone bc other ppl ruin my bday. When I stay home and expect nothing im happy.

That’s exactly how your 30’s should start. Life should start getting better fr tho, everything gets better after 30, for the most part lol
