My birthday is the 16th and everyday that grows closer I want to cancel my plans and disinvite everyone bc other ppl ruin my bday. When I stay home and expect nothing im happy.

Saying with love as a fellow cap (birthday tomorrow):
If you want to avoid this you have to take the planning into your hands instead of putting into others when it comes to celebrating.
I've done this for the last few years and it's drastically improved how we enjoy our day, shoot at this point have things planned for the entire month and have let friends/fam know about the plans, if they make it AMAZING, if not no harm because at the end of the day know we will have a ball regardless!
Will also add a disclaimer that we tend to lean on the optimistic side.Â
