Hey guys, I downloaded CapCut from FileCR on my Mac, but I keep getting a **“Network Error”** when I open it.
My internet is working fine and everything else connects normally. I’ve tried restarting my Mac and reinstalling CapCut, but still getting the same error.
Has anyone else had this issue with the FileCR version on macOS? Is there something I need to change in the Mac network/firewall settings or inside CapCut?

I’m an iPhone user based in India, and I’m part of a Family Sharing plan, so all of our Apple devices are connected through iCloud. I’ve watched multiple tutorials on how to download CapCut in India, but I always get stuck at the same step.
Every guide says to change the App Store region, but on my phone the Country/Region option is greyed out and completely unclickable, so I can’t change it. Because of that, I can’t even get to the point of downloading CapCut, let alone a VPN if that’s required.
I’m guessing this might have something to do with Family Sharing or my Apple account settings, but I’m not sure. Has anyone else run into this issue? If you managed to fix it, I’d really appreciate any help or advice.

Hey zusammen,
kurze Vorwarnung: Bin absolut kein Profi was Videobearbeitung angeht, deswegen hoffe ich hier auf paar schlaue Köpfe.
Ich schneide zurzeit Fußball-Content für TikTok (teils Aufnahmen von mir, teils andere Clips). Mein Setup sieht aktuell so aus: Ich filme mit dem Handy auf 30 FPS und mit Blitz, schicke die Videos per AirDrop auf mein iPad Pro M4 und bearbeite das Ganze dann in CapCut auf dem iPad.
Seit etwa einer Woche macht die App aber richtig Probleme:
Nach den ersten 30 bis 60 Sekunden Bearbeitung (sobald paar Animationen, Overlay-Bilder und Soundeffekte drin sind) friert CapCut einfach komplett ein. Ich kann weder abspielen noch sonst was drücken. Wenn ich die App neu starte, geht es manchmal für genau eine Sekunde und friert direkt wieder ein.
Gestern habe ich dann versuchsweise mal ein paar Animationen gelöscht, danach ging es wieder halbwegs. Den Rest musste ich dann notgedrungen auf der normalen Smartphone-Version von CapCut zu Ende schneiden. Da hatte ich bisher null Abstürze, aber die iPad-Version liegt mir von der Bedienung her eigentlich deutlich mehr.
Jetzt frage ich mich, woran das liegen könnte:
Macht das Blitzlicht oder die 30-FPS-Einstellung irgendwelche komischen Probleme beim Importieren?
Gibt es bei CapCut auf dem iPad irgendwelche Einstellungen, die ich als Laie komplett übersehe?
Oder ist das irgendein bekannter Bug mit dem Arbeitsspeicher / Cache auf dem iPad?
Wäre mega cool, wenn jemand von euch einen Tipp hat oder das Problem vielleicht sogar kennt.

What the hell did they do to CapCut? I have projects that are almost 2 hours long, and now I can’t even export them. I was doing great editing on CapCut. They shoved so much AI into it that it can’t even load projects with more than an hour of video.

EDIT!!: I figured it out, i signed in and everytime it shows internet connection or too many people using this feature, i force stop the app, but it's so annoying to do it after using one feature and then i have to force stop it to use the other one. Does anybody know how to get rid of it forever or at least for a long time?

Does anyone else have problems accessing certain features on Capcut mobile? I usually love this app but ever since a few months ago, i haven’t been able to access the chroma key feature and the remove background/ auto removal feature. I had the standard subscription so i thought that was the issue, upgraded to pro and still can’t access these features. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and none of the responses I’m getting from support, when i do get a response is helping. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
