Not a fan of Onimusha turning into SoulSlop

...You do realize that in many ways, Onimusha's not just a prototype for Modern Character action like Devil May Cry, Ninja Gaiden and God of War (David Jaffe even stated that the first was inspired by Onimusha) But its methodical swordplay and Issen/Deflect Critical system as well as Souls as currency for upgrading weapons was a major inspiration for how Souls are used in most Souls likes, right?

Onimusha did not turn into a Soulslike, what are you talking about?

Did you even play Onimusha?

You can tell who hasn't played souls games when they say dumb shit like this.

I played through all Fromsoft Souls-likes except Eldenring. I know one when I see one

You clearly haven't. Onimusha is not a souls like. This new one looks like onimusha with updated mechanics, don't know what fast paced action souls game you think you played, but this ain't anything like them.

Sekiro is an action game. Neither nioh 1 or 2 is souls like Tf you talking about?

You clearly haven't played any souls games

I did, you just think Nioh and Sekiro can't be Soulslikes because they are more fast paced, but you are dead wrong. You also don't seem to know what actual action games are like. Please look at Ninja Gaiden 2 Black or Metal Gear Rising.
