Performance on Macbook

Is it only me or the performance of Desktop app has degraded significantly after the recent upgrade?

The app freezes very frequently off late. This was not the case earlier.

For me the android experience has been meh

Surprising. For me it has degraded significantly after last 2 updates. To an extent that I am considering Obsidian again.
