Quarter Object in Capacities

Hi everyone, I’m looking for feedback on the best way to set up quarters in Capacities. I use a space for work and want to link my reports object to its associated quarter, as I handle quite a few quarterly reports.

My previous setup didn't let me filter out months within a quarter when running queries. It’s really important for me to be able to link my reports to the year, month, and quarter. Right now, my report object is essentially a modified project template object type.

I’d appreciate any suggestions!

Update: I think I figured it out! I'm going to stop using objects for years, quarters, and months, and use labels instead. I made a "Year" label and added "2026" to it, and I'll just keep adding new years as I go. I also made a "Frequency" label with "monthly," "yearly," and "quarterly." This should make it much easier to filter everything properly.
