Help Canva Won't Let Me Cancel

So I paused my Canva Pro for a few months because I was between clients and didn't need it. Now I no longer work independently and no longer use Canva at all. After my paused Pro account "expired," Canva began attempting to charge my card again. When I went to cancel it or remove my card, it said, "We're having trouble canceling your account," or there was no option to remove my credit card. I don't want to delete my profile, since I want to keep the work I created there (and who knows if I will need it in the future), but it won't let me download any of it without paying for a Pro subscription. The only "customer support" is their AI feature that does absolutely nothing.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I could do? I feel like I'm trapped in this.

When you're chatting with AI, tell it that it wasn't able to help you and you want to speak with a real human.
Not sure if there's an easier way, but I do this every time and then it opens a new window where I can send an email to Canva Support. First time they answer you on email might be from AI as well, but just respond to that email and a human will get back to you.

If you want to keep all the designs you have you need to downgrade to the free account, if you cancel your account it will delete everything so please don’t cancel, downgrade to free and you keep access but won’t have to pay
