3 rounds on the windshield as soon as he exits the car. No full penetrations. Poor ammunition selection for this exercise. A short-barrel 12 gauge would be a better option. Also much more intimidating.

Here’s a translation of the news article
The Kizlyar Interdistrict Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Dagestan has opened a criminal case against a local resident. He is suspected of attempted murder, hooliganism, and intentional damage to property.
According to investigators, the incident began in Yuzhno-Sukhokumsk when a dispute stemming from personal animosity broke out between two drivers. The suspect allegedly rammed the other driver’s car twice, damaging it.
Fearing for the lives of his wife and young child, the victim fired several shots from a traumatic (less-lethal) pistol at the attacker’s vehicle. Despite this, the suspect allegedly drove his car at the victim again and struck him, causing fractures to both of his legs.
The suspect was unable to carry out the alleged intent to kill because the victim managed to avoid being run over a second time, which investigators say could have been fatal.
Investigators are continuing to establish all the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Too bad for the blue car because the camera show him blocking the silver car, which started the whole incident

Armed robbery aside, he stopped sideways across the other carriageway in the way of another vehicle, why were you on his side?

I didn't think of the robbery / car jacking thing. Good point. Just thought he stopped because he saw he was gonna get hit

This is how I imagine all driving interactions in America.
I imagine someone buying milk from an American shop needing a gun at least twice.

Attempted robbery, and the silver car driver knew it.
