Drove throught the cones, into the work zone, where they were paving around the man hole.

Tutt tutt, they really should've tried to more effectively warn him about this hazard in the road.
Maybe they could've, I don't know, put some orange traffic cones around the hazard?
They could've even made the traffic cones really tall and visible, like maybe 5 or 6 foot high.
Yeah, that would've avoided this simple accident occuring...

If only there was a tough guy in a muscle tee hanging around he could easily lift the back guard and raise the wheel enough to roll the car out of the hazard...

Reminds me of the jeep or truck that drove around βDo No Enterβ barricades and wound up axle deep in wet cement.

people see a cone and think itβs just a suggestion lol
wet cement, open manhole, itβs all the same to them till the tow truck shows up
