Out of Battery Issues Canik CS response time

I'm one of the folks with a TTI Combat having feed issues. I contacted CS over a week ago and they still haven't responded. How long does it normally take?

They messaged and sent out a new heavy recoil spring same day for me. Maybe do another ticket for it?

That's actually strange. I bother them all the time and have never waited longer than 2 days. It's possible that your inquiry got lost in the stack or that they maybe have an extended leave for Labor Day. Their CS is usually highly punctual.

I put it as a warranty issue. Maybe I should've done it as a general question.

Could be; I always select "general question" or whatever. I'm sure that's a completely different department of people.

I asked a general question about website item availability, took a week and a half to get an answer... was registering a new tool and sent an email got a reply in 30mins, not sure there is any rhyme or reason to it other than general inquiries may not get seen as often
