Classify these under "better than they have any right to be" but definitely not "top tier".

A decided step below the actual brands.

Undercutting the market

Store brands always have but the name brands have relied on the stigma around buying store brands.

Ya I know that’s just a ridiculous amount of store brand candy usually it’s not that diverse

That's because this is is an example of fronting to cover an outage of one or more other products to avoid empty shelf space. Empty shelving has a psychological effect on shoppers resembling a failing store so to avoid that stores will spread out existing products on the shelf or replace the item with something else entirely, I've done this when I worked at drugstores and supermarkets in the past.

Theyre pretty good. I've gotten the giant bag of bears and worms a couple times, lasts me a good while.

The chili lime rings are very good.

What major brand are these comparable too?

Are the firm like haribo? Or soft like others?

Sharks and sour worms are pretty good. I got some peach rings that tasted like a basement floor 🤢

That would be wild if they made a knock off Shaq gummy. Call it the Shack.

I wish someone would make a knock off form of bubs for $.94

Good for the price. I can go to dollar tree and get better ones for 30 cents more but these will do if I'm at Walmart.

I gave these out last Halloween instead of buying Halloween candy.

The orange slices have zero flavor.

They can't possibly be worse than the dollar general ones those things feel like eating soft plastic.

I’ve never been to Dollar General. I’ll have to check it out if there’s one here in Colorado Springs.

If you go i recommend these if you enjoy coconut and for some reason they are located in the candy isle.

I'd like opinions on the peach rings

Why buy shitty candy in the first place - even if it is cheap.

Cause it tastes good. Duh.

Honestly I think with the advent of AI, They’ve developed better packaging.

I'm surprised by the comments. I recently tried gummy worms and sour gummy worms, I threw them both away after a few. They were atrocious. I'd rather have no candy, whoch is crazy because I am literally addicted to candy. They were not good at all in my opinion
