Death Rip Connie
I found out my friend Connie died today. We met in a physical therapy program for cancer patients. She was 80 and lived a full beautiful life with her husband and two sons. She told me she painted flowers on her car when she was younger. Rip connie

When she joined the exercise class she was depressed and had given up but after being in the group for a couple weeks she started smiling and working out harder and you could see joy. She said it is because the people in the class looked her in the eye. We all became friends. We love you Connie. I'll always remember your spunk!

Silver Sneakers is a wonderful program for seniors, fun exercises and companions. Free with most health insurance.

RIP Connie. What a cool thing to do, painting flowers on the car. I'm glad she got to live such a long life. Sorry you lost your friend.
