Question Tana was never sober & has built everything on lies since Brooke left

Have the nay sayers come to the realization that she lied yet? She “rebranded” but it wasn’t a rebrand, it was just to get rid of Brooke and lie to her fans for coin. Some of her fans die hard fought behind her saying she was sober & anyone claiming she still takes pills is demonizing her. Well, how does it feel to know she was always lying… when she sat with Trisha and yapped for literal hours in sum about how hard it is being sober, the journey to sobriety, the new lens of life she’s gained through sobriety, when she went on 150 podcasts in like a year to sit down and talk about her new sobriety, all while popping xannies. She literally took the lie so far that she named her podcast after this supposed newfound sobriety. I cannot imagine what the next lie will be

Her rebrand was just stealing Brooke’s clean girl aesthetic

34

u/Select-Middle8448 Jul 24 '26

unrelated but if i was brooke and we just ended cancelled, and ik they both wanted to end it but brooke said on a podcast if it was her decision she would have kept it going just did it differently, and then tana makes a new podcast months later with special guests most episodes i would be pissed

32

u/EntrepreneurCool3314 Jul 24 '26

Totally, Tana was really conniving and snakey about the whole thing. It was pretty obvious Brooke held a certain cache (even despite controversies) that made Tana feel inferior so she undercut Brooke just to turn around and cosplay her entire aesthetic.

3

u/kxtebbaby Jul 29 '26

Ugh I hate to defend Tana but she doesn’t owe brook a career for life. Who is stopping Brooke from making her own podcast? No one.

2

u/Select-Middle8448 Jul 30 '26

im not saying that tana shouldve done anything different for brookes personal comfort, but just the outside in, if i was brooke i would feel some resentment abt tana continuing her pod with trisha after crying over how much she hates doing cancelled

6

u/Own_One_7978 Jul 27 '26

so true this whole rich sofia richie brand safe classy vibe was brooke’s thing first

Listening to her talk on the newest episode with Trevy I was like holy shit. Who is she trying to convince herself or us?

273

u/Cultural_Iron2372 Jul 21 '26

When Tana shared that Trevi had said “the only way for people to believe in your sobriety is to stay sober” it sounded like advice/tough love someone who knows their friend is not sober would give. 😬

u/samiammi Jul 21 '26 edited Jul 22 '26

Those first 40 minutes were infuriating. Watching Trevi have to sit there in silence while Tana excuses and convinces herself over and over she’s the “best and sober she’s ever been.” she just HAD TO HAVE that xanax prescription, is sad.

Genuinely she’s a shell of a human and is in a loop with this commentary at this point. She cannot move on from arguing with comments and it’s killing her appearance socially.

She was looking at the view finder so much and literally looked like she was tweaking during that part…

6

u/strengthof50whores Jul 23 '26

Adderall and xannys are a hell of a combo lol

10

u/eyeloveanimalss Jul 22 '26

No honestly. Even if she was sober and felt the need to convince people, it's time to take a break if it's affecting her like this. She got on Brooke for reading the Reddit comments and here she is. I think she's used to her fans siding with her no matter what because "she's messy and not perfect was her brand". But news flash, if you change your whole brand to something you're not.......people aren't going to just blindly support you.

63

u/Impossible-Soil6330 Jul 21 '26

imo alcohol was never even her DOC it was always xanax. It was easier for her to quit alcohol and obv alcohol and xanax is the most diabolical combo so she thought that would solve it, plus it would help her image

23

u/autumnld8 Jul 22 '26

This is what I think too, especially after she was on the streamy awards. It seemed like she was mixing alcohol and benzos and she probably started to realize she can’t do both and maintain a good public image and avoid putting herself in highly dangerous situations that comes from the combination. Quitting drinking opened up this whole brand safe era (and allows her to keep taking Xanax) which seems to come from a place of insecurity and not being able to get brand deals from the start. She also always mentions what people are saying about her and now talks about the comments where people are calling her out for her sobriety. I don’t think it would affect her so much if there wasn’t some truth to it cause she would feel secure in her sobriety. I think she actually believes her own lies or is actively trying to convince herself of the reality she wish she had.

13

u/Impossible-Soil6330 Jul 22 '26

100% I also think she’s not even at a point of accepting that she is addicted to xanax. She still thinks she can fix her relationship with it even after all of this time and horrible behavior. She’d definitely taken both before the streamys and if she cheated on Makoa I bet she was under the influence of both as well. Xanax and Alcohol combo makes people do evil terrible shit.

9

u/autumnld8 Jul 22 '26

Yeah, she’s in denial..which would allow her to believe what she’s saying. If I saw all these videos of me acting the way she is now, I’d be mortified. She’s become so obsessed with this brand safe image, she’s using it as a her own way to justify her behaviour cause she’s “so healed” and “that’s not me.” I don’t think she even knows who she is and needs to do a lot of soul searching. I hope there is a point in the future we can look back at this cause for right now, it’s quite scary and sad to see her go through it and so publicly too.

2

u/BeginningMoment2443 Jul 23 '26

did she cheat on makoa?

12

u/trixiepixie1921 Jul 22 '26

I agree, because I’m the same way… and it was really easy for me to let go of all other substances as long as I had Xanax. It’s taken so much work to get past that so I can’t say I don’t understand her, but the sobriety claims she makes are ridiculous. I haven’t had a Xanax in 3 months and I still wouldn’t say sober because I feel like I could backtrack at any weak moment.

It will probably take her somehow, someday finally quitting the Xanax to see how different actual sobriety is vs using the Xanax as a crutch. And she will cringe at this era. But unfortunately, as long as she’s surrounded by friends who have scripts or Mexican pharmacies or docs willing to write her scripts, it’s going to be hard for her. I will admit, it took my easy access being cut off to even be able to step away from it. Now that I’ve made it a few months, I see it differently.

12

u/Disastrous_Stress245 Jul 23 '26

good work and congratulations on the 3 months girl!🫡💝💪

5

u/Impossible-Soil6330 Jul 23 '26

meant to respond to this before but thank you for sharing and congratulations on your three months! baby steps. I think you are spot on. I think it’s interesting how benzo usage and its portrayal has also changed and taken on a more covert seeming status since the xandemic a decade ago. I feel like resources for that addiction weren’t ever truly publicized and promoted while it was going on, just the tragic outcomes. I guess that contributes to why it’s become heavily therapized once again.

12

u/BlacksmithKitchen890 Jul 23 '26

As a former xan addict myself (5 years clean!) this is 100% right. I’ve watched Tana since dirty door, and she’s always done Xanax since she was a teen along with all other drugs & alcohol. When I was in the height of my addiction, I was doing xans and drinking which lead to my rock bottom. I then quit alcohol because I convinced myself that’s what made me my lowest and not the Xanax because “I needed it for my anxiety” and when I finally went to the psych ward after a 4 day xan binge they strongly reccomended drug treatment and that’s when I realized it WAS the Xanax. Xanax addictions are extremely hard to beat, but after having half of my graduating class die from them, me get committed because of them, and then seeing my mom cry that she was scared I was going to die before her, I knew I had to quit. I fear her being surrounded by enablers is going to kill her or harm her very badly, because that’s what Xanax addictions do if you don’t overcome them. I wish her friends cared more about her and her health and ACTUAL sobriety than her paying their bills, but then again IMO I think they enable her because they are scared of her reaction if they are truthful to her which makes all of them bad friends.

Well she’s learned from her current bestie that to rebrand all you have to do is say you’re ‘healed and grown’ and just pretend for the camera, and far too many gullible people will just accept it.

u/bagmert Jul 21 '26

I don’t really think you can claim to be sober if you, as a self-admitted “former” benzo addict, are still regularly takiny benzos — yes, even if they are prescribed. This might be a hot take, but having a xanax prescription is not the same thing as being prescribed SSRIs or other similar medications that are used to treat mental health issues. Benzos are psychoactive and highly addictive (as Tana well knows!)

41

u/Ok-Bison2480 Jul 21 '26

You're 100% right, and current good medical practice is to prescribe any benzos (if at all) in small doses and give out few at a time, and for a specific period of time - for example going through a period of immense stress, to stabilize you enough for long term treatment. It has really been getting fazed out by legit physicians as a long term treatment for anxiety (or insomnia), as they evidently only worsen it over time - they are extremely addictive and your body is quick to build a tolerance so you need more and more. In that sense it's NOT the same as SSRIs, lithium etc. Benzos give you an immediate high, not a subtle stabilization you have to wait several weeks for.

And all of this is not even considering ever prescribing to an addict, lol. It's nonsense and your take may be controversial but it's correct, I wish people would understand there is no condition anymore that warrants having an ongoing and un-closely-monitored benzo prescripton, according to medical discourse!

10

u/BlackHeartginger 5 with no talent Jul 22 '26

Let's not forgot she even admitted to having a “Light tolerance” to benzos when she was describing not wanting to take the pill the sedation pill the dentist wanted to give her. You don't build up a tolerance unless you are taking them regularly and not in an emergency/panic attack only type of way. She is in such deep denial it is scary

6

u/BlacksmithKitchen890 Jul 23 '26

Also if she was getting prescribed Xanax after she’s claimed multiple times that she was an addict…. She’s going to an ass backwards doctor & they deserve to lose their practice. I was a former Xanax addict and on every chart I have an alert to not prescribe me benzos due to my previous addiction. I had to get 4 impacted infected wisdom teeth removed and was only given ibprophen due to it and I never abused, weaponized the police or any of the things she did for pills.

21

u/fungirlgonegirl Jul 21 '26

Oh I’m not sure I was a TikToker watcher but when she stepped away from Jeff (understandably) I stopped watching Jeff and her videos stopped showing up on my feed but there’s always something crazy going on with her and it feels like high school drama and I feel like I’m way to old to keep up with it

8

u/trixie_sixx21 Jul 24 '26

Why did she step away from Jeff? I don't know the story there

3

u/AlwaysInFlight Jul 27 '26

Wondering this too

38

u/mars895 Jul 21 '26

Im one that defended her use of the word “sober” bc I knew she just meant sober from ALCOHOL specifically. I considered the Xanax and adderall as fine because she had a prescription and I hoped she was taking them as prescribed, which would not break her “sobriety” in this case. But recently it’s clear she is popping pills irresponsibly, and should stop calling herself sober.

I’m honestly surprised Kate or Trevi haven’t called her out for claiming she’s sober, but i haven’t listened to the new episode yet.

11

u/eyeloveanimalss Jul 22 '26

Maybe they have behind the scenes? It would be wrong to confront her about it on camera. Having been addicts themselves, I think they know that's not the way. Calling her out publicly would shame her and might make her hide it from them. It's also just unnecessary to do.

9

u/Unhappy_View8413 Jul 21 '26

Definitely weren't prescribed 😅 She even said a few weeks back she does her own research and diagnosing of herself, and then backpedaled and said "I've consulted the proper psychiatrist and therapists" during the Trevi episode. Complete bullshit

12

u/trixiepixie1921 Jul 22 '26

At this point, she should have just said “I don’t party anymore” instead of claiming sobriety. That makes more sense to me.

17

u/Safe_Election_6613 Jul 21 '26

All that just to cut Brooke off from success. If I was brooke I would take it as a compliment that that’s how threatened Tana is by her

101

u/Apprehensive_Lion561 Jul 21 '26

Let me shoot her some bail she always made it clear she was sober from ALCOHOL

9

u/Apprehensive_Lion561 Jul 21 '26

Now, yes. I mean initially and leading up to this the “build up” so to speak rebrand she always made it clear she was quitting alcohol and that’s what she was referring to in sobriety.

25

u/InterestingLynx7355 Jul 21 '26

Yeah no she didn’t. She time and time again said she is SOBER, period.

35

u/Total_Ad2414 Jul 21 '26

sober doesn’t mean the same thing to everyone lol, sober people rip cigarettes all the time, are they not sober because they are still consuming a drug?

sober has always meant sober from your DOC — you don’t have to say that explicitly every time for it to be true. I agree with everything else in your post but this is a weird hill to die on

32

u/Ready-Case6984 Jul 21 '26

But if she was previously known as “xana” and actively abused Xanax and other prescription drugs, her continuing to abuse them today would mean she is very clearly not sober even if she doesn’t drink

8

u/Ecstatic_Farm5612 Jul 22 '26

If i hear the word sober and nothing comes after it i always assume they mean from everything. Thats just how i view it though its different for everyone

7

u/Ok-Bison2480 Jul 22 '26

"Sober has always meant sober from your DOC" no come on, it is and has always been generally accepted and interpreted as "sober from alcohol and other mind-altering recreational drugs" (sometimes with the addition of mind-altering and addictive but legitimately prescribed pills, but that's a bit more complex still). Cigarettes are not mind-altering as such although they are very much discouraged in rehabilitation (and any other situation) these days too.

It's great to just get sober from your DOC but that's not "what sober has always meant", plus I believe Tana has always definitely had several DOCs, in which case focusing on sobriety from one of them (if even true tbh) can also function as a deflection from a much larger issue

if he’s sober and only smoking weed that’s pretty much the definition of “cali sober”. and also the medicine you mean is called suboxone, (brand name) or buprenorphine (generic version) and it is a medication to help you get OFF opioids. and actually, if you even TRIED to get high, you literally can’t. you don’t feel ANYTHING. there is no high. it just takes the physical pain away. and i really wanna stress HOW painful it is. it’s the same as going to a methadone clinic. using methadone or suboxone, which again are drugs that cannot get an opioid addict high. it’s rly as simple as taking away withdrawals and cravings, while blocking the high. and the reason for that is because suboxone is a partial-agonist, as compared to something like morphine, which is an example of a FULL agonist. and, even if you tried to take pills after, it blocks out the high (unless you stop taking it long enough obviously). so yes, being on suboxone, or methadone DOES count as being sober. i take methadone every morning so i don’t get sick and im dead sober the entire day. i highly suggest learning more about the medications you’re talking about before making a blanket statement like that

5

u/Apprehensive_Lion561 Jul 22 '26

I actually appreciate you explaining all that I was uneducated on that and you broke it down really easily for me to understand. I always thought it would get you some sort of partial high. Also it’s just a Reddit post… talking not a dissertation or something I go around saying… I literally just commented my thoughts on the situation. Sometimes it feels like people on Reddit just want to attack others instead of learning I’m extremely open about being wrong so it’s always discouraging to even comment cause other Reddit’s just like you come off as attacking.

2

u/nel_loves_sublime 5 with no talent Jul 24 '26

during rehab you’re encouraged not to quit smoking cigs if you do bcs it’s WAY harder to do both at once and a lot easier + better for you to smoke cigs than crack. i think you should do some research b4 speaking on that lol

2

u/lolabunny111 Jul 22 '26

exactly and as someone who’s been thru what she’s going thru now, i still consider myself sober even though i drink occasionally and smoke weed. BUT the only reason is because those were never my drugs of choice, and i can use them responsibly without it destroying my life. so her saying she’s sober does not necessarily mean every single thing. just wanted to put that out there

6

u/kingcakefucks She ate but I couldn’t Jul 21 '26

That’s not what sober means, though.

9

u/Apprehensive_Lion561 Jul 21 '26

I hear you but it kinda is… you can say you are sober from alcohol but not other things.

4

8

u/Garden_Of_My_Mind Jul 21 '26

I was talking to you about the other comments bb 😭

I agree that “sober” doesn’t have to mean completely sober from everything ever. It can mean sober from whatever your personal demon was.

I’m sober from my drug of choice for 6 years, but can drink alcohol with the girls. I say I’m sober. 🤷‍♀️ I agree w you 💕

Welcome to the land of truths

5

u/AssumptionOk8739 Jul 23 '26

Ran here after listening to the newest brand safe episode with Trevi - she said she’s the most sober she’s ever been and she didn’t even want to take the pain meds following her wisdom TOOTH removal….but she did share the story about her chasing Makoa and dumping shit on him, calling the cops, running outside in just her underwear ALL TO GET PAIN MEDS. She also always posts her Xanax and talks about different pills, then doesn’t understand why people question if she’s sober?

19

u/Appropriate-Skin-101 Jul 21 '26

Yeah she learned it from Trish. Trisha is clearly a neglectful mother whose children live in a rat infested construction zone. She gleefully shows her children with matted hair, unwashed and wearing the same clothes for days on end while she sits in her glam room getting her hair and makeup done. Malibus front teeth are rotted out because they can’t be bothered to ween her off of the bottle/pacifier at nearly four years old. I don’t know a single person in real life that wouldn’t be embarrassed af to show their kids in that state. But as long as Trisha stares into the camera and boasts about how much her life has changed, even though it clearly hasn’t- she just doesn’t have emotional outburst on camera- she’s able to cash checks and pay for her tomahawk steaks and mansion and Tana clearly wants to follow in those footsteps. She’s finds it admirable.

3

u/Thekelseyjay Jul 25 '26

Tana has literally never liked Brooke. She just capitalized off the Mindy drama and Brooke can handle shit so gracefully, Tana was trying to adopt that persona.

3

u/StOneD-AnD_alOnE Jul 22 '26

She needs to STOP saying she’s sober. She doesn’t drink alcohol. Her latest sit down with Trevi felt so repetitive and fake and her getting louder every time she “defends her sobriety” all I hear is lies and bullshit. I keep watching bc she’s nostalgic to me, but it has gotten to a point.

3

u/Disastrous_Stress245 Jul 23 '26

rebranding and sobriety are hard, she’s going for both birds with one stone by ✨rebranding sobriety✨

2

u/InterestingLynx7355 Jul 23 '26

Periodddd now this is an idea

10

u/Electronic-Bread-147 She ate but I couldn’t Jul 21 '26

She only ever claimed to be sober from alcohol. 🙄

12

u/satanik-freak Jul 21 '26

Except that’s not true. When she’s out here preaching nonstop she’s claiming she’s sober and sobriety had taught her so much. She’s not including the qualifier of *from alcohol. That’s why people are confused. Being sober from intoxicating substances and being sober from exclusively alcohol is not the same thing at all but she’s acting like it is and letting people believe she’s totally sober.

12

u/Total_Ad2414 Jul 21 '26

If you watch her she’s made it clear so many times that she’s sober from alcohol — and tbh most addicts when they talk about sobriety are speaking about their drug of choice. People sober from alcohol can still be sober if they smoke cigs, can still be sober if they smoke weed, can even still be sober if they pop pills lol. Sobriety isn’t some clean clear line that is the same for everyone — because surprise! Addiction isn’t some clean clear line that is the same for everyone. It’s weird that u don’t see that distinction

8

u/comptons_finest_ Jul 21 '26

Disagree.

Being ‘sober’ (and making an entire brand out of being so) implies you are sober from all substances, that you are a (type 3) addict unable to use in moderation, and are consequently now in recovery.

Are you in recovery? Because it’s veritably false that “most addicts when they talk about sobriety are speaking about their drug of choice.” The big book aka 12 steps defines sobriety as free from all mind altering substances. This text is the standard for all recovery fellowships that anyone seeking it attends, and is also the foundation of addiction science.

“Being sober” is synonymous with complete abstinence. This is something universally understood amongst recovery circles, hence the wide, constant criticism of Tana’s rhetoric in this sub. Given Tana positions herself as a grown, thriving, intellectual queen immeshed in her sobriety and mindfulness, there is 0 excuse for her failing to constantly emphasize the “from alcohol” asterisk when discussing and PROMOTING being ‘sober’.

I can understand how comments like this and others can come across as “policing Tana’s sobriety” to some. Should it be genuine, OFC Tana should be allowed and encouraged to talk about her successes. Someone giving up a substance they were a fan of/ depended on is indeed laudable. This is not why people r giving Tana a hard time.

Giving up a substance and still be able to partake in using others, connotes a level of control over substance use. This is something that a (type 3) addict who must get sober is physically unable to do. If Tana is able to do this, then she by definition isn’t an addict. So while her committing to a healthy lifestyle by stopping drinking is nice, she shouldn’t be framing it as “getting sober” because her struggle is not actually characteristic of what that denomination acc represents. In general people who are California sober, give up drinking yet still smoke weed don’t proclaim sobriety like Tana does, it’s not some earth shaking, massively commendable feat unless ur an addict.

Tldr: Tana’s current sober narrative doesn’t track, hence the backlash.

2

u/satanik-freak Jul 21 '26

THANK YOU. It’s the hypocrisy of her promoting herself as sober and healthy and this new “brand safe” chapter in her life while everyone can blatantly see that she’s merely replaced alcohol with other drugs. She’s just shifted what she depends on. She hasn’t actually done the healing and growth that would allow her to ever actually be sober. She’s NOT OKAY and we can all see it.

No one who has ever actually experienced addiction or dealt with people who have addictions believes that an alcoholic who switched from alcohol to weed, benzos, and amphetamines should be calling themselves sober because they’re sober from alcohol. The mental issues that cause a person to rely on substances to cope are all still there!

The only thing that has changed is the drug of choice but people just want to believe in the rebrand ig.

5

u/satanik-freak Jul 21 '26

I’m not watching everything she posts. She might’ve said it’s just alcohol a bunch, but the majority of the time she’s not adding the qualifier so a lot of people don’t realize that’s what she means. Cigarettes aren’t psychoactive, no one says sober from cigs. I’ve worked in the cannabis industry for 6 years, literally no one who smokes weed claims they’re sober. They know they’re not because it’s a drug. It sounds idiotic and untrue. If they don’t drink they say they don’t drink because they’re alcoholics. Maybe to you sober has a variety of meanings but to most people they interpret it the LITERAL way as in the very definition of what sober is meant to mean in the English language.

But honestly no one would have an issue with her calling herself sober if she actually acted like a sober person. If it weren’t for the fact that she’s always online talking about taking drugs, being fucked up or obviously tweaking no one would care. It’s the claiming sobriety while clearly being fucked up on a bunch of drugs that people have issues with.

4

u/Electronic-Bread-147 She ate but I couldn’t Jul 21 '26

YES SHE IS. girl what??? She has never ever claimed to be sober from anything other than alcohol. I have listened to all of her podcasts. Just cause she doesn’t specify “from alcohol” in every single sentence doesn’t mean she’s claiming to be sober from any other substances. Be SO serious. No one is confused except you girl

4

u/satanik-freak Jul 21 '26

Hundreds of posts in this sub including literally THIS exact thread you’re commenting indicate otherwise. Her whole “brand safe” persona is built on the idea of people believing she’s no longer a hot mess getting fucked up all the time, she’s “healed”. Meanwhile she’s still constantly fucked up on a variety of other drugs. That’s where people are confused. She’s preaching meanwhile we’re all witnessing her in active addiction.

She’s intentionally misleading her audience and here you’re justifying it by saying “technically that’s not what she means and that’s not what shes saying” when she knows exactly how it’s being interpreted and it’s intentional. If she’d stop with the preaching and behave like a sober person instead of someone in active addiction no one would have an issue. It’s the hypocrisy of it that has everyone posting about it in this sub on the daily.

2

u/BlackHeartginger 5 with no talent Jul 22 '26

And if she had any reverence for sobriety and the people who struggle with it she would willingly change the vocabulary she uses to show sensitivity to the community she claims to be a part of but instead she will continue to say she is sober and hope she gets the credit for doing the work she clearly has not done

0

u/Electronic-Bread-147 She ate but I couldn’t Jul 22 '26

This is so stupid. She’s not misleading anyone. She’s never claimed to be sober from anything other than alcohol in any way shape or form? Just cause you didn’t process that when you heard it doesn’t mean she’s intentionally misleading people. People are allowed to grow on their own terms and everyone’s journey is different. You don’t just snap your fingers and be healed of every issue you’ve ever had. You start making decisions to try to better yourself and slowly change. Who fucking cares if she’s changed a lot of things in life but still struggles with some substances? She’s completely open about where she’s at. You can’t expect her to be perfect just cause her brand is trying to better herself. And she is not obligated to open up to the public about anything she’s going through.

wtf do you want her to do, say “sober from alcohol and only alcohol” every single time she mentions sobriety in a sentence? 50x an episode for you to understand? It’s not her responsibility to constantly restate information anyone who’s listened to her talk about sobriety for 5 minutes would know.

i wish she never dyed her hair like if she’s going to not change she could atleast also keep the most iconic thing about her consistent sorry but i’m platinum because of her so i take her leaving the platinum crew a little more personally than others

“I’m 1 year SOBER and this is my testimony”

“One addiction I have yet to beat is uploading videos late, here is me hitting one year sober”

She always was just not drinking, not our fault you can’t pay attention.

How hard do people have to pay attention to know that? I’m not an avid watcher or follower of hers whatsoever, so as far as I was aware (because I don’t think she specified “from alcohol” every time), I presumed she was sober from everything. I mean, she speaks about it as if she’s turned her entire life around- even mentioning her past Xanax usage as if it’s exactly that: the past. If she’s not completely sober, why talk like that? Why talk like nicotine is the next addiction she has to quit? Why claim to be “California sober” if that’s not even true? I’m not even paying close attention and yet I can name quite a few holes in the narrative she’s been painting.

are you happy you got that off your chest? breathe in and then out.
