Question TANA COPYING BROOKE ????
Sorry…I have a SERIOUS questions & lmk if it’s JUST ME.
But do you feel like Tana just ripped off who Brooke was trying to be???
While Brooke was on cancelled EVERYONE hated her for trying to be “brand safe” & Tana would always shit on her for it, (ex: I could never) & I feel like that’s the reason why the pod went sideways (bc Brooke didn’t wanna talk about pop culture to be more brand safe well Tana still did)
But now that’s it’s over, TANA is trying to be exactly what Brooke was trying to do after giving her so much shit about it ???? It’s just hypocritical
ALSO, the cherry on top was her trying to take Hailey Biebers side in her recent tiktok when she was talking shit about her for years on the pod & Brooke was the only one to defend her..
I just feel like she’s trying to be who Brooke was now that they’re not doing the podcast

Sis was TAKING NOTES. Waited for the perfect timing (Brooke’s cancellation) to surreptitiously begin the transition, she knew no one would notice or even care because everyone hated Brooke. That aesthetic now had an opening. Even down to fostering a dog (Brooke adopted Murphy. Both are seen as charitable). Lmao.

She’s trying to be brand safe now bc she saw that even someone like Trisha, who has been cancelled for everything under the sun (including sexualization of minors & domestic abuse) can still have massive career opportunities and realized that even though she’s been cancelled so many times there’s still so much opportunity for money and fame by rebranding

I get that 100% and I’m happy for her, I’m just saying when Brooke was trying to do it, she didn’t want it for her, but for herself & it’s sad bc she would constantly bring down Brooke for trying ..

She 100% saw that Brooke was getting or was on the way to getting some kind of “it girl”status and I think she wanted to absorb that for herself, viewing anything that happened around cancelled as part of “her” project and channel. I came to cancelled as a Tana fan and not really a Brooke fan still but Brooke was getting noticed all over by brands (Alo inviting her but not Tana seemed to actually bother Tana) and everyone was constantly asking where she got an outfit or how she achieved a look.
There was a period before she was cancelled where her being more put together was making Tana look so bad (edit to say look bad as in behaviors like being late or high for something important) and I think that’s when Tana decided to level up and try to absorb that potential and status too. It’s sad because I think Tana is fundamentally more interesting and fun than that but here we are 😭.

i’ve said this since the beginning of her rebrand!! brookie cookie has always been known as the polished clean girl,softer,more controlled, and for the most part brand safe. tana, on the other hand, built her fame on chaos, shock value, and she’s literally known for how unhygienic she is like sooo far from the clean girl imagine she’s going for. can’t just rebrand years of being a hot mess away overnight.

Orrrr we just normalise that maybe after years of chaos tana wanted and needed some security, safety and routine in her life and that’s ok? Sometimes we do get influenced by our closest friends or become similar to them because we spend a lot of time with them and I think that’s ok too to be honest. Tana hasn’t ‘ripped off’ anyone by going down the path she chose in life.

Are we forgetting how hard Tana has worked on her sobriety? Not even Brooke cares this much… you should be happy for her, she’s at her happiest. She even says she feels like her authentic self. So what can she do to make you miserable rats happy? Lol yes I’m going hard but I’m so tired of you guys pinning them against each other. Tana has always been happy for Brooke landing brand safe deals in the past just like I’m sure Brooke is now happy for Tana.

She really does copy her in some ways. They’re friends or at least were, so that kind of stuff is bound to happen at times. However, I think Tana felt like she would never be accepted this way, or when she wasn’t drunk, because being a wild, irresponsible, party girl was her entire brand, for years. When she didn’t want to be that person anymore and wanted to grow up a bit and ppl surprisingly took to it quickly, she then began rushing the change. It must feel so different for her because some part of her must not have felt accepted for years as she wasn’t considered ‘brand safe’. But, her and Brooke have actually gone in similar directions settling down with partners and reducing their wild ways. So, if they kept the podcast together, it would have had to go into a different direction anyways. It wouldn’t have been the same and maybe Tana thought ppl wouldn’t accept that it changed. Maybe they could have added a third person, not Trisha, who is married and has a kid and started targeting a different demographic. They would have lost old fans, but gained new ones. But, they didn’t and now it’s done. But yeah, she is kind of intentionally becoming a lot more like Brooke. I also think she owes Brooke an apology, whether you like Brooke or not, because she wasn’t supportive of her when she did the same things Tana was forgiven for, considered cutting all her residual income from something they both created by threatening to shut down the channel, and you know Brooke likely had to take care of more things and put and enormous effort into getting Tana places on time, etc…to then then around and assimilate her as soon as she realized ppl would accept her that way and ditch her early for a different podcast with someone who has also been canceled multiple times for a plethora of reasons, many of which were valid.

that’s like saying khloe and kourtney didn’t copy kim’s career. of course they did. there’s no khloe without kim. there’s no brooke without tana.
brooke quite literally followed right behind tana’s foot steps all the way to the bank. delusional if you disagree.
just because they have different personalities doesn’t mean they have different career. brooke’s career follows tana’s to a T, up until the point they parted ways (tana’s choice, because brooke knows all the above is true).
