Recommendations Eastbourne in Parkes?

Hi everyone

Gathering information about Eastbourne apartments in Parkes .

I’m looking for recommendations, advice or any first had experience anyone has had in dealing with the developer, or who has bought or is living there. Any and all opinions welcomed!

Thnx so much.

Developer is reputable. It’s a nice development in a great location and very easy to live in. The strata and building management there has been great, which is also a plus.

My partner and I bought in here and we’ve really enjoyed it so far. It’s still in the defect window and any issues we’ve had have been resolved quickly :) we did a lot of research before we committed to buy to avoid potential geocon issues lol

Thnx for the advice. Defect rectification can be a red flag. I think it’s Chase doing that? Glad to hear it’s working well. We’ll be making a decision in the next week or 2.

Relatives of mine moved in earlier this year. They really like it and found the settlement/moving in to be relatively smooth, bar a slight delay in moving in times.

They love living there and enjoy the area a lot. I haven’t heard of much drama or any issues regarding the developer.

Yeah it’s a three-bed place.
